HEADLINE: “Graduation” Gets Third Production via
Summerfest Festival
NEW YORK (Aug. 9) — Eugene Grygo’s gay play “Graduation”
will be performed as part of the Thespis NY Summerfest theater festival in
early September, which marks the third time this short drama has been produced
in New York.
For the new production, there will be three
performances: Sept. 7 @ 6:15pm; Sept. 8 @ 6:15pm; and Sept. 10 @ 8:30pm at the
Hudson Guild Theatre, 441 W. 26th St., New York, NY 10001.
Directed by Anne Ciarlone, this production stars Jared
Sigler and Ben Garrett. Grygo is serving as the producer.
“Graduation” is the story of two young men in 1983 who
are sorting out their future after college. It’s the Reagan era and the changes
underway threaten their dream of a life together.
